FGL's main responsibilities included preparation of press release, organisation of a conference, provision of necessary equipment, arrangement of venue and accommodation as well as registration of participants.

Participants: the Conference was attended by over 100 participants from non-governmental organisations, ministries and governmental authorities
FGL Energy was responsible for a wide range of activities, including:
- Preparation of press-releases, sending out invitations to participants, potential sponsor and speakers;
- Venue and accommodation, conference technical support, transport and catering;
- Participant registration and organisational support during the Conference, follow-up.
