FGL's main responsibilities included organisation of a meeting, provision of necessary equipment and technical support, arrangement of venue and accommodations as well as registration of participants.

Client: European Commission, FGL Energy acted as a partner of Belgian company Cecoforma SA
Participants: the seminar was attended by 50 participants and the Conference – by 120
FGL Energy was responsible for the following activities:
- Preparation and sending out of invitations for potential participants;
- Venue and accommodation, logistics and transport, catering;
- Seminar technical support (necessary equipment, simultaneous translation);
- Participant registration and continuous on-site support during the event.
