In the framework of the Discussion, FGL Energy was responsible for:
- Sending out invitations to participants, preparing press releases;

- Arranging catering services, logistics and transfers;
- Producing and disseminating a variety of promotional materials: badges, folders, pens, notebooks, etc;
- Registering participants and providing continuous on-site support.
