International Conference: “European Commission’s and Civil Society in Ukraine: Lessons Learnt and New Opportunities” was successfully held on July 10-11, 2008.
Venue: Kyiv, Ukraine, Bratislava Hotel
Client: European Commission
Participants: the Conference was attended by 220 participants, including the representatives of IBPP projects, Embassies of the EU Member States, Kyiv-based NGOs, Local NGOs and Governmental authorities.
In the framework of the Conference, FGL Energy was responsible for:
- Sending out invitations, as well as arranging venue and accommodation, catering and transfer services for the participants;
- Developing a web page for the Conference, ensuring the EU visibility and preparing conference kits, badges, table plates;
- Registering participants, providing on-site support and carrying out follow-up activities.
