Europe Day is an annual celebration of peace and unity in Europe. In Ukraine, Europe Day is held on the third weekend in May – Saturday and Sunday – to celebrate the trust and unity between Ukraine and other European countries.

In the framework of the event, FGL Energy was responsible for:
- Negotiating terms and conditions, scope of the event and deliverables to be prepared;
- Developing stand placement visualisation and organising a photo-zone;
- Agreeing on cost-estimates and renting/purchasing necessary equipment;
- Coordinating financial arrangements with the service providers involved;
- Delivering and installing the agreed technical equipment and promotional items, providing on-site support.
