EaPTC Regional Conferences – 2013
Eastern Partnership Territorial Cooperation Programme is aimed at promoting and strengthening cross-border cooperation on the way to developing joint solutions to common socio-economic challenges in the border regions of the EaP countries.

Participants: the Regional Conferences were attended by more than 600 participants from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.
In the framework of the Conferences, FGL Energy Energy was responsible for:
- Marketing and promoting the Conference to the target audience, as well as sending out invitations to participants and speakers;
- Arranging venue, accommodation and catering services, registering participants and accrediting journalists;
- Providing technical support (multimedia equipment, simultaneous interpretation);
- Preparing press announcements and press releases, organising press conference, as well as arranging photo shooting, logistics and transfers;
- Preparing and distributing the Conference kits to participants and ensuring event visibility (design and production of banners, signages, etc.);
- Carrying out follow-up activities: uploading photo gallery and materials on EaPTC website, media monitoring.
