Participants: the Meeting was attended by 26 representatives of the ASIA-INVEST Advisory Committee from the EU and Asia. The Advisory Committee Meeting was organised in the framework of the Asian Investment Forum 2005.
FGL Energy was responsible for all organisational activities, including:
- Preparation and sending out of invitations for potential participants, venue and accommodation arrangement;
- Continuous technical support (necessary equipment, simultaneous translation);
- Production of printed materials, logistics and transport as well as catering services;
- Participant registration and organisation support during the Meeting.
