Enhancement of Environmental Protection Measures in the Oil/Gas Industry of Central Asia – 2009
The main task for FGL Energy was to elaborate a communication plan of the EU project and identify communication channels and tools. FGL Energy was also responsible for:
- Developing a communication plan and communication matrix for internal and external communications;
- Identifying tasks and objectives for each target group regarding the advantages of the project implementation;
- Analysing communication channels and tools as well as selecting effective media outlets;
- Identifying and proposing a set of communication actions to be undertaken the achieve the overall goal of the project.
