Yushchenko attends Baku energy security summit
President Viktor Yushchenko went to Baku (Azerbaijan) for a working visit, during which he will participate in a summit on energy security.
Several documents on further development of cooperation on development of the Euro-Asian oil transport corridor will be signed at the end of the summit.
Yushchenko also plans bilateral meetings with the presidents and prime ministers participating in the summit.
On Thursday, November 13, Yushchenko will have a bilateral meeting with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, and on November 14 with President of Lithuania Valdas Adamkus.
Ukrainian president is accompanied by: the National Security and Defense Council secretary Raisa Bohatyriova, Foreign Minister Volodymyr Ohryzko, Family, Youth, and Sports Minister Yuriy Pavlenko, national joint-stock company Naftohaz Ukrainy chairperson of the board Oleh Dubyna, and Presidential Secretariat deputy chief Andriy Honcharuk.
