The reforming of "Naftogaz Ukraine" will implement the provisions of the European Energy Charter. This was stareted by Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov during a meeting with Prime Minister of Poland Donald Tusk, commenting on the adoption by Parliament in first reading the draft law "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Pipeline Transportation" (to reform the oil and gas industry)".

"Naftogaz Ukraine" will be divided into three parts according to the European Energy Charter, which ratified by Ukraine. This is a very big step for the implementation and fulfillment of this Charter. This will facilitate full-fledged cooperation in energy sphere between Ukraine and EU ", - Mykola Azarov said.
