Import operations of natural gas into Ukraine are planed to exempt from taxation
On the order of the Prime Minister of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers has instructed the State Service of Ukraine on Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship Development to prepare a draft of the resolution on reduction of natural gas price for consumers.
The State Service of Ukraine on Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship Development together with other relevant executive bodies will work on the development of the draft law on amendments to the Tax Code.
In particular, import operations into the customs territory of Ukraine of natural gas are planed to exempt from VAT.
As Chairman of the State Service of Ukraine on Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship DevelopmentMykhailo Brodsky says, these changes will enable the enterprises of Ukraine, regardless of ownership, to obtain working capital.
