Enhancement of Environmental Protection Measures in the Oil/Gas Industry of Central Asia – 2009
The main task for FGL Energy was to elaborate the communication plan of the EU project in Central Asia and to identify communication channels and tools. In the framework of the project, FGL Energy was responsible for:
- Developing communication plan and communication matrix for internal and external communications;
- Identifying tasks and objectives for each target group taking into account the advantages of the EU project
realisation ; - Analysing communication channels and tools and selecting effective media outlets;
- Proposing a set of communication actions to be undertaken to achieve the overall goal of the project.
