Energy Performance Assessment and Review of Energy Efficiency Management Systems Requirements in social building, Dnipro, Ukraine – 2010
The objective of the project was to provide consulting services in implementing an Energy Performance Assessment (EPA), reviewing energy efficiency components, improving proposed technologies for the development of the social buildings in Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine. To achieve the objective, FGL Energy carried out the following activities:
- Providing support during the on-site meetings for interviews and understanding of provided technical documentation;
- Developing a report describing the commercial
centre project features and energy equipment technical characterization (lighting, heating, ventilation, HVAC, hot water, etc.); - Elaborating a qualitative and a quantitative description of energy efficiency requirements in the building sector;
- Providing support in assessing energy performance of the audited building/project (kWh/m2 per year);
- Evaluating baseline-level equipment local costs and providing technical support in the identification of further suitable energy efficiency opportunities.
