Training Workshops on Programme Estimates in Latin America – 2008
The workshops on Programme estimates in Latin America (Chile, Peru, Guatemala) were successfully held on October – December 2008.
Venue: Chile, Santiago – InterContinental Hotel (29 to 31 October); Peru, Lima (3 to 5 November); Guatemala, Guatemala – Hotel Real Intercontinental Guatemala (3 to 5 December)
Duration: 6 days
Client/Organiser: European Commission, FGL Energy acted as a partner of Belgian company Cecoforma SA
Participants: a total of 90 participants attended the workshop
In the framework of the workshops, FGL Energy was responsible for:
- Arranging venue and accommodation for the participants, preparing press releases;
- Providing technical support (necessary equipment, simultaneous translation);
- Ensuring catering, logistics and transport;
- Registering participants, providing continuous on-site support.
