On March 30, 2018, the leaders of 6 cross-border partnerships gathered together in Tbilisi, Georgia, for a signing ceremony of the grant contracts under the Azerbaijan – Georgia Eastern Partnership Territorial Cooperation Programme, which is a part of the broader EU-funded Eastern Partnership Territorial Cooperation Programme (EaPTC).

The grant projects of Azerbaijan – Georgia Eastern Partnership Territorial Cooperation Programme are aimed at promoting friendly relations between people of the neighbouring regions in such areas as agriculture, tourism development, business, environment, education, culture and sports. The EU contribution to the Azerbaijan – Georgia territorial cooperation is 1.35 million EUR.

In the framework of the media event, FGL Energy was responsible for:

• Providing venue, accommodation and catering service for participants and media representatives
• Developing a media scenario of the event
• Ensuring the EU and EaPTC visibility and promotion of the event (design and production of roll-ups, press-walls, folders, notebooks, pens, etc.)
• Providing simultaneous interpretation;
• Ensuring the presence of national and regional mass media of Azerbaijan and Georgia
• Developing the press announcement, press release and post release
• Developing and producing materials for the press
• Arranging photo and video shooting
• Organizing a press-conference for media
