International Round Table “Alternative Energy and Energy Efficiency” – Kyiv, September 12, 2007

The main objective of the Round Table was to strengthen the strategic role of Ukraine in ensuring energy security in Central and Eastern Europe as well as to promote the advanced European energy-saving practice among the municipal utility companies.

Client: the International Round Table was initiated by the International Management Institute and FGL Energy LLC with the support of the EU Delegation to Ukraine, the Ukrainian League of Entrepreneurs and Industrialists, the Council of Competition of Ukraine, and the Eastern German Economy Committee.

Participants: representatives of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine, National Agency of Ukraine for Efficient Use of Energy Resources, Institute of Ecological Issues and Energy Saving, and the representatives of the EC Delegation to Ukraine and EU Member-States Embassies.
