Client: FGL Energy with the support of Parliamentary Committee on Fuel and Energy Complex, Nuclear Policy and Nuclear Safety of Ukraine and Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine.
Participants: more than 150 company’s representatives from 12 countries around the world, representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, scientists, experts as well as key players of bioethanol and biodiesel market, representatives of Agroindustrial Complex of Ukraine, Europe and CIS: Renco (Іtaly), LSMW GmbH (Germany), «Evonik Industries» (Russia) Vogelbusch GmbH (Austria),
In the framework of the Conference, FGL Energy was responsible for:
- Marketing and promoting the Conference to the target audience, sending out invitations to participants, potential sponsors and speakers;
- Arranging catering services, logistics and transport, as well as venue and accommodation for the participants,
- Developing the Conference website www.biofuelsukraine.com with online registration;
- Providing technical support – multimedia and simultaneous interpretation equipment, – preparing press announcements and press releases;
- Installing the photo zone and arranging photo shooting, distributing the Conference kits to participants: bags, pens, notebooks, badges etc;
- Registering participants and accrediting journalists, ensuring event visibility (design and production of banners, signages, etc.);
- Carrying out follow-up activities: sending out thank-you letters, updating photo gallery and conference materials on the website, media monitoring.
