International Conference: “Perspectives for Development of Public Procurement in Ukraine” – Kyiv, October 18-19, 2012

The overall objective was to familiarise with changes in the legislation on public procurement, to present advanced practice of public procurement in the EU as well as to discuss the challenges and prospects of e-procurement implementation, etc.

Venue: Kyiv, Ukraine – Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (UCCI) Conference Hall

Date: October 18-19, 2012

Duration: 2 days

Client: the EU-funded project “Harmonisation of the Competition and Public Procurement Systems in Ukraine with the EU Standards” in cooperation with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine and SE “Zovnishtorgvydav”.

Participants: the Conference was attended by more than 150 participants, including representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, SE “Zovnishtorgvydav”, Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine, Ukrainian and EU experts, representatives of the city administration and governmental bodies from 25 regions of Ukraine etc.

In the framework of the Conference, FGL Energy was responsible for:

  • Arranging venue, accommodation and catering services;
  • Providing technical support (multimedia equipment, simultaneous interpretation equipment);
  • Arranging photo shooting and decorating the venue;
  • Preparing and distributing the Conference kits to participants: bags, folders, pens, notepads;
  • Designing and printing agendas, bags, badges, name plates, etc;
  • Ensuring event visibility (design and production of banners, signages, etc.).
