Participants: the President, the Prime Minister of Moldova, the Head of the EU Delegation to Moldova, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Transnistria, representatives of the Parliament of Moldova, Mayor of Chisinau, Ambassadors of the EU Member States, representatives of the Delegation of the EU to Moldova etc.
In the framework of the event, FGL Energy was responsible for:
- Marketing and promoting event to the target audience, attracting volunteers;
- Installing pavilions, tents, food corner, language corner and public debates;
- Producing identification signs, ensuring the comfort facilities and installing the stage;
- Ensuring removal, storage and transportation of pavilions, tents and stage;
- Providing professional photographer service and various technical support (sound, light, equipment);
- Selecting conferencier, moderators, artists for the concerts;
- Developing of scenario of concerts, disseminating press releases, decorating the venue;
- Developing and updating the EU Day website, as well as designing and producing the EU day leaflet;
- Organising the Flash Mob, body-painting corner and children drawings on pavement;
- Designing and producing identification signs, banners (debates, stage, sound towers etc) and badges.

FGL Energy's activities included:
- Marketing and promoting event to the target audience, attracting volunteers;
- Arranging the venue, decorating the venue with the EU-related promo-materials, arranging photo shooting;
- Developing, designing and producing Festival Catalogue and Invitations;
- Developing and disseminating press releases;
- Organising the opening ceremony, films projecting and providing subtitles.
