Annual Conference of the GIZ project “Energy Efficiency in Municipalities”
The overall objective was to present the achievements of a project "Energy Efficiency in Municipalities", discuss the challenges of implementing municipal energy management and monitoring systems as well as to analyse funding and investment opportunities to support the implementation of energy-efficient measures.

Client: the event was held under the auspices of Chernivtsi City Council
Participants: the event was attended by more than 80 participants, including all the consortia of municipalities participating in the project, representatives of central and regional executive authorities, municipal administrations and public utilities, energy managers and civil society organisations, as well as GIZ project experts, national and foreign consultants.
In the framework of the Conference, FGL Energy was responsible for:
- Developing PR/media event scenario;
- Inviting national, regional and specialised media;
- Producing and distributing journalist kits;
- Arranging photo and video shooting;
- Producing a video clip on the project achievements;
- Ensuring event visibility (design of banners, folding stand, spider stand etc.);
- Organising and facilitating the press conference.
