Annual public networking event of the EU Delegation to Ukraine for the media – Kyiv, December 19, 2017
Informal communication with media representatives is a traditional annual event held at the end of the year by the Press and Information section of the EU Delegation to Ukraine allowing media representatives, EU networks and EU projects to meet each other and discuss next year plans, exchange contacts and present their suggestions to the EU Delegation representatives. Nearly 100 participants attended the event including the head of The EU Delegation to Ukraine Hugh Mingarelli, Counsellor and Head of Press and Information Section of the EU Delegation to Ukraine Mr Jurgis Vilcinskas.

- Full organizational support of the event and work coordination with the service providers
- Developing and ensuring the event visibility: decoration of the venue with the EU promo materials
