The EU Programme “Covenant of Mayors – Demonstration projects” (CoM-DeP) covers 22 cities of the Eastern Partnership countries that have signed the Covenant of Mayors and assists in implementing the projects within their Sustainable Energy Action Plans (SEAPs). It consists of two components:

• Grants for 19 Demonstration projects with the participation of 22 municipalities
• Technical, procedural and communication assistance provided by the CoM-DeP Support Team

The EU-funded programme is aimed at providing effective communication and visualization of the demonstration projects' implementation and results.

In the framework of the Programme, FGL Energy was responsible for:

• Development of the concept of a website and a Facebook page, providing recommendations and information support
• Development of the concept, preparation and publication of an electronic newsletter (in English and Russian)
• Development of the concept and layout of information and promo-materials (banners, stands, factsheets, flyers, certificates, etc.);
• Developing of the concept, providing guidance and support in the preparing of video materials;
• PR and media support in the organization of events for the press (preparing and distributing of the press announcements and press releases, working with journalists).
