Mr. Khoroshkovskyi stressed that Ukraine is optimistic about the prospects for cooperation in the Black Sea region and open to the most intense interaction with all participants. "Today, despite the impact of the global economic crisis, the OBSEC Member States continue the effective implementation of major regional projects of strategic importance, particularly in the energy field" - he stressed.
"The significance of the Black Sea region as a major energy transit corridor will only grow in future. We count on further deepening of cooperation in this area taking into account the interests of all parties" - the First vice Prime Minister of Ukraine said.
Valeriy Khoroshkovskyi also noted that Ukraine is ready to support projects that will give new impetus to the Organization and increase its effectiveness.
