The State Property Fund of Ukraine and "Energy Company of Ukraine" signed acts of acceptance and transfer of shares of regional energy companies from "ECU" to the SPF.

The sides signed certificates about transfer of 25 % of «Kyivenergo», 50 % of "Zacarpattiaoblenergo" and 45,103% of "Zapadenergo".

According to the plan-chart of privatization of the power companies, share holdings of these three companies can be exposed on sale in August, 2011.

After signing certificates, according to procedure, the State Property Fund carries out all necessary measures.
