KoronAgro started the construction of bioethanol plant
KoronAgro Company started the construction of Euro 110 mln. worth bioethanol plant in Zolotonosha (Cherkasy region).
The Ukrainian News were informed about this new project by Mr.Ivan Landar, Director of KoronAgro.
“It will be the first plant in Ukraine to produce fuel out of vegetable raw materials” – mentioned Mr. Landar.
It is planed that the plant will start working in June 2009. The plant’s designed capacity will comprise 100 thousand tons of bioethanol and 104 thousand tons of fodder supplement.
The construction of the plant is made by Etual Company. The equipment for the plant will be supplied by the German GEA Wigand.
