Till October 1, all enterprises of communal heat power system should be equipped with thermal power technology counters supply of heat energy. It was declared on Tuesday by the First Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Andriy Klyuyev on a conference call with heads of all regions of Ukraine.

According to Andriy Klyuyev, equipment of objects by means of accounting of thermal energy is provided by 25 % (from 6,6 thousand manufacturers of thermal energy are equipped - 1,6 thousand). The lowest indicators - in Sevastopol (9,3 %), Chernovtsy (10 %) and Poltava (11,5 %) regions whereas in the Cherkassy region this work has not begun yet.

The similar situation has developed and with equipment by means of accounting of the enterprises of a water supply and sanitation ( 34 %) - in Sevastopol (5,8 %), Kherson (8), Rivne (9 %) and Volyn regions (10 %).

“I warn the enterprises which will be not equipped by means of accounting of thermal energy would have serious problems at the conclusion of delivery contracts of natural gas for the following heating period, and also - problems with licenses, - the First Vice Prime Minister emphasized and added: I demand from local enforcement authorities and local government bodies of resolute actions concerning rupture of contracts with heads of the enterprises who have not established means of accounting of water delivery or thermal energy production”.
