Andriy Klyuyev: Enterprises of Energy industry, housing and communal services have to be prepared for stable work during autumn-winter period till October 1

Local authorities have to provide completion of preparation of enterprises of Energy industry, housing and communal services and objects of social area for stable work during autumn-winter period of 2011-2012 years till October 1.

The appropriating assignment was given by the First vice Prime Minister - Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Andriy Klyuyev at a selector meeting with heads of all regions of Ukraine.

Andriy Klyuyev noted, that prior to the beginning of a heat season it was planned to lead major overhaul of 803 boiler-houses whereas for today in fact it had repaired - 585 (or 73 %). As he said the lowest parameters of readiness are in Ivano-Frankivs`k region (79 %), Mykolaiv region (78%) and Chernivtsi region (76 %). At the same time such works have not begun yet in Kyiv.

It has already replaced 81% of boilers, capitally repaired - 83% of boilers. Situation like this has developed and in area of preparation of thermal networks: it has repaired and prepared for operation of 84 % of thermal items facilities.

Andriy Klyuyev noted the level of purchasing of firm and liquid fuel was dissatisfied: coal stock - only 68% and liquid fuel stock – 37% from the planned demand.

As he said, 82% of water and sewer clearing constructions were prepared for operation. This work is conducted by insufficient paces in Crimea, Ivano-Frankivs`k, Zakarpatya, Volyn, Poltava, Chernivtsi and Khmelnytskii regions.

As Andriy Klyuyev noted complex preparation of an available housing was completed for 80%. Low paces of washing heating systems are in Kharkiv (70%) and Cherkasy (72%) regions.
