The objective of the project was to provide the Industrial Review and Diagnostic, provision of technical data, valuation and provision of relevant recommendations on Technical and Environmental Due Diligence of selected local Gas Distribution Companies.
Research included the following aspects:
- technical:
- Capacities examination (pipeline system, compressor stations, accumulated natural gas stations, measuring systems, dispatcher systems and quality controlling systems );
- Annual and monthly reports analysis, budgets, plans, organizational and technical plans and other company’s documentation;
- Technical and commercial expenses analysis;
- OPEX and CAPEX analysis;
- Analysis and implementation of Investment program approved by NERC;
- ecological:
- Research of potential ecological sensible places connected with place of gas object’s location;
- Measures for environmental protection;
- Drawing up plans for ecological emergency situations;
- Working up the hazwastes;
- Safety of life activity research, for instance, presence of safety control, general security system, fire safety.
